ALL RULES IN BOLD & UNDERLINED ARE FROM FAIR BOARD AND ARE NOT SUBJECT TO CHANGE

1.     Pony Superintendent shall call at least 2 meetings per year to keep exhibitors informed.  One will be in the spring and one in the fall.

2.     No changes shall be made without the approval of the exhibitors unless it is an emergency.  If the Fair Board changes a rule or the Fair Board needs an answer to a question where there is no time to have a meeting the Superintendent will use their best judgment.

3.    Exhibitors meeting will be held following close of the Fair to elect a new Superintendent and assistants.

4.    Stalls may be limited depending on number of ponies entered.  We will try to accommodate exhibitors whenever possible.  Exhibitors will be notified if the number of stalls requested is not available.  No more than four (4) stalls per family.  Assignment will be made by the Superintendent.

5.     Ponies will be measured upon unloading.

6.     Early entries will be Sunday from 2 to 5 P.M.  NO EXCEPTIONS

7.     Youth exhibitors must be able to handle their pony and take directions from the judge.  Exhibitors 5 and up are not to be assisted while showing their pony.  If exhibitor cannot do so, do not enter class. Instructions from Ring Steward must be followed.  Pee Wee Exhibitors 0 – 4 years old may be assisted by parents or adult  (General Rules).

8.    In performance classes the exhibitor must know the pattern and be able to perform without assistance.  In barrels, poles, & ball race exhibitors must at least be able to trot their ponies through pattern.  If exhibitor breaks pattern they will be disqualified.   (No reruns) because of time constraints.

9.     No more than 2 entries by one exhibitor in each SR class.  (General Rules)

10.  No Youth in SR classes except for Produce of Dam, Get of Sire, Mare and current foal.  Youth will be allowed to help as long as not showing s stallion, but entries will be under adult exhibitor’s number.
